All of our lamps use full spectrum high intensity PL-13 watt or PL-55 watt shielded bulbs. These long-life bulbs are rated for 10,000 hours. They can last 5 to 7 years. We sell replacement bulbs.
With built-in reflectors, the task lamps produce from 120-150 equivalent watts of bright natural light (5000 degrees Kelvin).
The dimmable lamps can produce from 25 up to 250 equivilent watts. They can be adjusted to your preference in light brightness.
They are extremely effective around computers since they provide non-glare light and will also counteract the cathode
radiation emitted from computer screens that contribute to drowsiness. The lamps give out the brightest light we can produce, with no
glare, which makes reading an absolute delight. At the same time, they will provide your daily quota of sunlight.
Each model has very low power consumption and therefore pays for itself over its lifetime. |
